Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps? Maybe you’re navigating a big change, questioning aspects of yourself or your relationships, or simply feeling like life isn’t quite how you’d like it to be.

Perhaps you’re exploring your identity, sexuality, or rethinking your faith or spirituality. Maybe you are adjusting to becoming a parent, trying to conceive, or navigating changing relationships with your own ageing parents.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer online therapy to support you.

My approach
As a Clinical Psychologist and certified AEDP therapist, I combine both doctoral-level and specialist psychotherapy training to provide therapy that is tailored to your individual needs. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong” with you or simply helping you cope with symptoms, we’ll work together to understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped your life. Together, we’ll build a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. You can read more about me and the way I work here.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d be pleased to hear from you. You’re welcome to get in touch to arrange a free introductory call, where we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and whether I’m the right fit for you.
